- Game scores — Points, sets, periods, and all scoring events you record
- Player and team names — Names entered for game participants
- Game metadata — Sport type, game name, timestamps, game duration
- Tournament data — Bracket structures, seedings, and results (Business tier)
Device & Technical Data
- Device information — Device type, operating system version, app version
- FCM tokens — Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens for push notifications
- IP address — Collected for rate limiting and security purposes
- User-Agent — Browser or app identifier for serving appropriate content
Location Data
We do not actively collect precise location data. However, your approximate location may be inferred from your IP address for analytics and security purposes.

Public Game Data
When you share a live scoreboard link, game scores and player names are publicly visible to anyone with the link. This is a core feature of the Service and is controlled by you (the game creator).
Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the Service:
- Payment processors — Google Play and Apple App Store handle all subscription payments. We do not store credit card or payment details.
- Cloud infrastructure — We use cloud hosting providers for data storage, database hosting, and content delivery.
- Object storage — Profile avatars and uploaded media are stored in S3-compatible object storage.
- Push notification services — Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for delivering push notifications.
- OTP delivery — WhatsApp/SMS providers for sending one-time verification codes.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

7. Cookies & Web Technologies
Our web scoreboard pages (skoru.club/live/... and skoru.club/tv/...) and website use minimal web technologies:
- WebSocket connections — Used for real-time score updates on the live scoreboard. No cookies are set for this purpose.
- Essential cookies — We may use session cookies for the web application to maintain your login state. These are strictly necessary for the Service to function.
- No tracking cookies — We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies on our web scoreboard pages.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- JWT-based authentication with secure token handling
- Rate limiting to prevent brute force attacks (3 OTP attempts per 15 minutes per IP)
- Bcrypt hashing for sensitive data
- Regular cleanup of expired tokens and stale data
- Input validation and sanitization to prevent injection attacks
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Skoru is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@skoru.club, and we will take steps to delete such information.
Users between 13 and 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
