Yes. Free users can join any game via a room code, regardless of the game creator's plan. The game runs using the creator's subscription level, so Free users get to experience cloud sync and live features when joining a PRO or Business game.

Can I remove the "Powered by Skoru" watermark? add

No. The "Powered by Skoru" watermark appears on all web live scoreboards across all paid tiers. Business users can add their own custom branding and logo alongside the watermark, but the watermark itself cannot be removed.

What happens to my game history if I cancel PRO? add

Your cloud-synced game history remains accessible in read-only mode. New games will be stored locally only (last 10 games). If you re-subscribe, full cloud access is restored.

Is the WearOS & Apple Watch app included with the Free plan? add

The watch companion feature works on all plans, including Free. The WearOS watch app is a separate paid purchase on the Google Play Store, and the Apple Watch app is available on the App Store. Once purchased, it works with any Skoru plan.

What's the difference between joining and creating tournaments? add

PRO users can participate in tournaments created by others but cannot create their own. Business users can create and manage full tournament brackets with single elimination, double elimination, and round robin formats, including automatic seeding.

Do I need internet to use Skoru? add

Yes, Skoru requires an internet connection for scoring, login, and all features. Your scores sync in real-time across all connected devices and spectators.

How many active games can I have? add

Free and PRO plans allow 1 active game at a time. The Business plan allows unlimited active games simultaneously, making it ideal for venues running multiple courts or fields at once.

What sports does Skoru support? add

Skoru supports 13+ sports including Padel, Tennis, Table Tennis, Badminton, Basketball, Futsal, Football, Volleyball, Cricket, Baseball, Pool, Handball, and more. Each sport has its own official scoring rules built in, and PRO users can customize scoring rules further.

What are Groups? add

Groups are like clubs or crews for friends who play together regularly. Create a group (e.g. "Friday Padel Crew"), share the invite code, and your members get their own group leaderboard, activity feed, and quick game setup. Groups are a PRO feature.

How does the leaderboard work? add

The leaderboard ranks players by wins. You can switch between Friends (only your friends) and Global views, and filter by sport. Each group also has its own leaderboard. Stats are tracked automatically as you complete games. Leaderboards are a PRO feature.

What happens if I cancel or downgrade my subscription? add

If you cancel or downgrade: your cloud-synced game history remains accessible in read-only mode, but new games are stored locally only. Social features (friends, groups, leaderboards, activity feed) become view-only until you re-subscribe. Your groups and friends are preserved — nothing is deleted. If you were on Business, your venues and tournaments remain but you can't create new ones until you re-subscribe.
